Whenever I try to use the Connect app to forward my home phone, I get an error - Unable to process your request. Please try again. This error occurs 100% of the time. I've attached a screen print.
Hi tomw273, have you tried to set up this call forwarding through our website? Also have you tried removing the app and then adding it back to your device? Have you tried downloading the app on another device other than the one you're currently using?
