How do i add document attachments to an email using xfinity app? Also I cannot see the bar to format my text ( blood, italics, underline, etc.)
What device are you having the email issue on? What 'xfinity app' are you using?
Using the Xfinity Connect mobile app on my Droid Turbo 2 has three dots, upper right, that has a selection to 'Attach File'.
If you're using the web site, there is an 'Attach Files' option on the Compose screen for me. The Settings icon (upper right, gearbox) lets you change Compose options. If you choose 'Plain Text' there are no text formatting options (Bold, Italics, etc), but if you choose one of the 'HTML' options, they show up. :
