Hi Megswee, I can assist you with getting your app to respond. Have you tried using the app on another device? Do you have any issues with your call logs or phone services online?
Same thing. Freezes. Won’t load new mail. Can’t delete anything in you inbox. Can’t move around the different folders. Completely non responsive
only thing you can do is delete the app, re download it and login. Works for a day or so, then freezes again. Happens on 2 iPads and 2 iPhones. Happens on different WiFi’s- work and home.
