App Does Not Support Bluetooth

I use a Bluetooth headset with my iPhone. It works when I use the app to make a call but it does not work when listening to voice mail message. Can this be fixed?

Hi autumnpear, can you play music or hear any other audio using your Bluetooth headset besides making and receiving calls?

Yes. It works for all other apps and functions, including making a phone call with the Connect app. It just does not support Bluetooth when listening to voicemail messages.

I don't show that the app supports Bluetooth technology at this time, are you able to use other wired headphones to listen to your voice messages?

I am running into this issue as well. I use Bluetooth headphones with my iPhone and do not carry wired headphones with me. Is there any plan to support Bluetooth in the app? It is very inconvenient to be required to listen to these messages differently from all other audio on my iPhone.

Apparently, nothing has been done to remedy this problem in the past year.  I cannot use Bluetooth devices with this app today, 11/26/18!
