Add secondary email account to Xfinity Connect app
I'm trying to be able to view a secondary email account that I have set up under my main account. It doesn't show up in the drop down menu when I select Inbox. The same secondary email address is also having a problem when I log into that account on a desk top. It shows "Sorry, We couldn't find that page" when I click on the Email Icon. However, if I click on "My Account" and go to "Check Your Email" I can get the email that way.
How do I link up my secondary account on the Connect App?
How do I get rid off the error message when using a browser on my desk top?
