I'm trying to be able to view a secondary email account that I have set up under my main account. It doesn't show up in the drop down menu when I select Inbox. The same secondary email address is also having a problem when I log into that account on a desk top. It shows "Sorry, We couldn't find that page" when I click on the Email Icon. However, if I click on "My Account" and go to "Check Your Email" I can get the email that way.

As of October 2017, The Xfinity Connect app third party email feature was decommissioned. The feature allowed Xfinity customers to retrieve and view third party emails from external providers such as Gmail, Yahoo and AOL, as well as any secondary Comcast.net accounts, through the Xfinity Connect app.
If you have previously set up external email folders within the Xfinity Connect app prior to the decommission, you can continue to retrieve and view your third party emails via the Xfinity Connect web portal.
