@Erin9 Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding the downtime issues that you are having on the XfI app and services. I totally rely on this app in my household as I have 2 teenagers and were it not working as it should for me then I would be super frustrated. I would love to get to the bottom of this with you.
