I have received 1 since July. I have been trying to get 2 more since then. But they have been unavailable. I have called, left messages, emails, and have gotten nothing in return. Xfinity should be ashamed of themselves!!!

I ordered one from the Xfinity store... I followed the instructions but now the ENTIRE house has gone from 600M to 80M... it's like the pods are SLOWING the wifi WAY down.. .is this possible!??   HELP
