Sorry for the inconvenience, to ensure that the app works correctly please ensure that your devices meet the following requirements: 

 

APPLE

  • Requirements:
    • XFINITY Home subscription
    • XFINITY username and password
    • iOS 8 or later
    • iOS 8 compatible devices:
      • iPhone 4s and higher
      • iPad 2, Air and higher
      • iPad Mini
      • iPod Touch 5th Gen and higher
  • Notes:

ANDROID

  • Requirements:
    • XFINITY Home subscription
    • XFINITY username and password
    • Android phone or tablet with Android OS 4.4 (KitKat) and higher
