streaming not working

streaming not working

After logging onto my account I am not able to get any streaming shows either on my computer over Spectrum internet or over Verizon or Spectrum internet on my Samsung cell phone. Only 4 channels show up in all channels  live TV, these do stream but they are channels i never watch.

are you an X1 customer with set top box in the home and xfinity internet?

I have my own modem but am an Xfinity customer with internet and cable package

I do have a set top DVR and a couple of smaller tv units

Still doesn't work on computer, Roku tv, nor cell phone.

I am an Xfinity triple play customer. High speed internet, cable, telephone and DVR. DVR and tv boxs are rented from Xfinity but my router and cable modem are mine.

have you recently move or replaced your modem/gateway? does a smart phone/tablet work on the wifi when connected to your own home internet?
