stream app cutting programs short

My stream app has been cutting my recording short. I sometimes have skips in the recordings and the sound disappears. My app has the latest update as of May 31, 2018.

Please help this is very annoying.

there is a known issue that affects random customers for random amounts of time. It appears that during peak times some servers are at over capacity for programs to be recorded. The errors cause the servers to move customers around to less 'full' servers over time.

That doesn’t solve the problem at all. May be the reason but Comcast needs to fix it.

as server capacity is added some customers are moved to the new servers which leaves the old servers less congested.
