I record shows daily from several different channels and they record and play back properly from the DVR.  I noticed about 2 months ago when I attempt to play recordings from FOX Network using the Xfinity Stream app it will load as if it is going to play the listed recorded show but it plays whatever show is on CBS at the same time. I have been working with the teir 3 technicians for the past 5 weeks without any success in fixing this, is anyone else experiencing this?? It only happens with Fox Network, all other networks record and play fine from the cloud. This happens on several devices- My IPhone, I-Pad, Kindle and Roku even if I am in the same room as the DVR. Time of day does not matter I have set the DVR to record shows at all times of the day and night and any Fox Network plays as CBS from the Cloud.

I've seen a couple of similar issues stated in last week and is probably a backend setting that is missed. I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.
