error tvapp-00406

Unable to watch streaming TV (Stronger Togeher) for more than 5 minutes before internet connectivity drops totally.  Can not watch programs this way. Keep getting the error message TVAPP - 00406. Have restarted program several times with same result.  Please advise and thank you.

were you watching a recording while outside of the home? in the home? if was a recording, does the home set top box connected TVs play the recording normally? or was it live numbered TV? TVGo channels? on-demand?

My issue is the TV Go online services..you guys can never help with the issue...my shows will not play at all I get this error and an attached error.

try going to about and updating your chrome version. If that does not fix it, clear your cache and cookies and try again.

Been having this issue for months while streaming out of home, on demand. Cleared cookies and cache and it was fixed. Thank you!! Man Very Happy
