error message

I'm getting error message when trying to sign into xfinity web tv online. Error message is (Error ftde.xact.DrmRequest.exists) How can I sign in? thanks

I have that problem, too. I sign in and go to TV and it won't load - this only happens with Microsoft Edge.

the DRM means something is wrong in the path between teh device and the streamsite server (encrypted fail). this can be due to out of date flash, operating system, and perhaps other issues. did you try edge? chromecast?

It does work with Opera, but I would rather use the browser I want, rather than one I have to use.
