After one chat, one call and unfulfilled promises; I continue to get this:

 

Something's not right here

 

We are having trouble adding this device to your account. Please call 1-800-XFINITY and mention error 11700.

This is usually caused because your browser cookies are being deleted on exit. The each time you go to the streaming site it does the "adding device". Once you reach the limit, you can't get in again. A comcast rep will have to delete the devices in your account.

That is why I have opened chat and called.  But no one seems to understand what to do.  There are no devices streaming.

My last contact was call and Advanced servcies told me they were rebooting server.  That was yesterday...
