So, for about 1 1/2 months, my RECORD button on the XfinityStream website has been taken off the grid so I can NO LONGER record ANYTHING to my DVR.... The DVR/XfinityStream website was a selling point for me since I don't have my X1 box set up with a TV yet. Is anyone else having this problem OR is it just me????

This is a well known issue now and there are other threads discussing it at length. Short answer: Comcast was using tech patented by Tivo to allow setting recordings from the stream apps. Tivo sued for patent violation, Comcast lost. Until Comcast figures out a solution, or appeals the court decision, or contracts with Tivo to use the tech, develops new tech for this feature, they removed it from the app and the website streaming. You can now only set recordings directly from your physical DVR, which you can then still watch from the app.
