Xfinity Streaming Blocked

In the last week Xfinity will not stream (TV listings ... all channels) from a Mac computer using Safari.

Every other device/computer/TV in the house works.

Just started happening this week around the same time a "this computer has been BLOCKED" file was discovered in my document folder ... found while searching for ANYTHING that might be the problem. 

We've run malware checks (nothing) and have checked internet and browser settings.

Main website will open but the page for streaming content (listings) will not load.

It's only this computer.

It's only Xfinity (other websites with streaming work ... Netflix, Amazon, direct from FOX website, etc). 

Did you block this computer?

try using the chrome browser enable flash (used for video certified cryptology to begin and keep streaming video in HD). works? (note chrome has its own built-in, sandboxed version of flash).
