Xfinity Streaming App-Local Channels missing

As of October 1st 2019, I can no longer stream local channels (NBC, ABC, CW, ect.) which are a part of my plan on the Xfinity streaming app.  To my knowledge, my plan has not changed and is the same in my Account settings.  I tried refreshing the page, using a different browser, and waiting a day, but I cannot stream them.  With the filters off, I can click on the channel, but it says "requires subscription". I stream on my laptop and am on my home Internet connection.  As a consequence, my DVR scheduled recordings have all been removed.   I can still stream and have access to my premium channels (HBO).

same here but i got my service on the 1st.  interesting that it happened on the first.  i am able to log in to my parents account and get local channels just fine so it's not a new policy that my parents were grandfathered into and only applies to new accounts.

 i wouldn't put it past comcast for doing something like restricting watching local channels to only on the cable box.  the same company that decided to restrict on demand content from cbs and cw (except for this summer) outside of your home network.

Then the next thing I would do is call 1800comcast and ask for Account.
