Xfinity Stream cloud DVR recording skipping

I have had an issue with multiple recordings, on multiple devices, where the recording will skip significant amounts of time. For example on Jeopardy, a 30min program, will skip 15mins of the program. I tried rewinding, stopping and resuming, stopping and restarting... nothing allows me to see the skipped content. And as I have stated this happens on all devices, which leads me to believe it is a Cloud storage issue.
