I have tried to login in several times to the Xfinity Stream webiste on my home PC and work laptop on my home network adn get the same error code (Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch). Result is that it asks me to sign out and sign back in, whjen i sign back in I get same results. I have cleared cache/cookies on both computers and have tried Chrome, IE and Edge, all have same outcome. I even called and have a claim with Comcast (CR816546810) and it worked for one day but now back to same problem. I cant call every day to get fixed.

Can you please log out of the Xfinity Stream website fully, clear your browsers cache and cookies, and log back into the website?
