X1 Cloud Recording Audio is really distorted.

X1 Cloud Recording Audio is really distorted.

The last couple days, shows recorded on ABC have had nearly constant extremely distorted audio when I try to watch them through the cloud. Like really bad ham radio reception. It's to the point that the shows are unwatchable. If I watch the show on demand or on the DVR directly, there is no problem.  I checked on multiple devices, iPad, (Roku), and PC, all with the same problem.  

 

Previously, we had an audio problem where NBC shows would have the back ground audio, but shows like American Ninja Warrior would have no audio from the commentators.  

 

Any suggestions on what I might be able to do, or do I just have to rely on Xfinity to eventually fix the problem?

check one of those recordings and while playing see if you have selected SAP or descriptive voice track

I have this issue as well. Just in the last week or so. Very heavy echo and only on ABC shows on cloud recording. Do not have descriptive or SAP on.

what PC operating system and browser are you using?
