Why is my live stream not working
Need more info: How far do you get? Any error messages? In home or away?

I am having the same issue. Trying to watch on a computer and it says only available in home or is greyed out.
Go here and verify the serial number listed for you cable modem matches the one on your modem
If not call support and tell them they don't match

Are you trying to watch live content? Are you connected to your in home network?
Hello Mnmike11739, can you please explain a little more about what you're experiencing on your end with streaming content? Do you get an error message? Are you signing in using the primary username on the account?
Similar to the others - Trying to use live tv on a win 7 64 bit computer with IE 11 is as follows
click on livetv
get screen for logon
get screen showing apt is logged in - click to continue to use
get screen now connecting adding device
most time get err streaming not avail try later
rarely will end up with channel line up
as an aside if I search for say cspan live and choose xfinity the show comes right up
no help other than rep saying my problem
would be great if it worked
Hi Inti, have you tried logging into the website using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox? Have you tried testing your credentials using our Xfinity Stream app?
I am using Stream app on my android, and it will not work for live tv, only for on demand or Togo channels. I cannot get the live TV guide .
Cinnamongirl309, do you get an error message that says you need to subscribe to these channels? Have you tried deleting the app and adding it back to your device?
