Well that didn't go as planned...

For the last several days, I keep receiving this message when trying to playback any recording from xfinityStream. Have tried multiple computers, browsers and connections (wired & wireless), all with the same results.

Cable devices work correctly.

We need more information. What Comcast equipment are you using? Are your computers new or old?

 

What did you recently change since things were working?
