Suddenly getting Stream App error TVAPP-00116 on Roku 3 - 4230X

The beta app has been working perfectly for over a year and yesterday I started getting a TVApp -00116 error when I try to watch anything!  How can I get it fixed?

My problem was fixed by tech support by the next day.
