Streaming no longer supported without wifi connection on Comcast cable

Why can't I stream certain channels anymore unless I'm connected via wifi?

Everytime I turn around Comcast is taking more options away.

What a stinking pile of garbage.

Maybe it's time to go back to Direct TV.

Which "certain channels", what device are you on, and what are you using for an internet connection if not wifi?

I am connected by 'Home'  wifi and get similar message for some channels- like bloomberg instead of cnbc

when connected to your own home wifi you can watch your entire subscription package. Use the Xfinity My Account app and select "internet" and then your modem. does the serial number match your modem/gateway's HFC MAC address character for character?

I am on pc, not apple or android device. I can not watch a program that is being recorded or some other channels that are live.

Is there a way to watch programs on the pc.

how is your computer connected to your xfinity internet? ethernet? wireless? do you have access to a smart device (android or apple)?
