While it's possible the issues you're seeing are related to iOS 11, it's more likely that the problem is the recording. Which recordings are you trying to download? If you can give me the title or channel and the recording date/time, I can try to find them in our download dashboard and see what went wrong.
Not sure if it’s related but two of my iPads (mini 2 and a iPad 4) can no longer stream live TV via the stream app. I have a IPad Pro running iOS 11.0.3 that has had zero issues. I’m getting “subscription required” on those two devices....
