I'm posting this as a question, but it really is an answer. Anyone in the Nashville, TN area that experienced a problem with their Roku Xfinity beta app, beginning on/around 5 PM CT on Tuesday 4/16/2019, Xfinity engineers are working on the issue. At the present time, over 800 customers have reported this problem. There is NO ESTIMATE as to when this issue will be corrected. At the present time, only 1 of our 5 TVs can be viewed (Xfinity DVR), the 4 Roku devices/TVs cannot connect via the beta app. NOTE: This problem has gone through the Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem reporting system and will not get fixed until the Xfinity/Comcast engineers figure it out!
