How can I remove someone’s access from my Xfinity streaming app. I logged into my account in a friends phone and they have not logged out and I can see they are still using my streaming services. I have changed my password, but it did not reset their app or even mine for that matter.
Can someone please help me with this issue, I have tried calling customer service twice already and have not had any luck in resolving this issue.
call 800-comcast. select Cable TV tech support. ask the agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask that app team member to deprovision all of your streaming devices. new signin will have to be done on each app you still want to have access (or website etc).
