Hi, Dan I am have the exact same issue. I have called and was on the phone for an hr, I went through 3 diff techs none of them had any idea how to do it please help.I actually told them exactly what you said about the x ray tool, I had a level 2 tech and he said he had never heard of that. I have allready changed password and secret question but I still most deffenantly have people logged into the app with my account. I just want to have all devices deprovisioned so that only I can log back in thanks.
