I have been very patient with my streaming feature on my Xfinity App and even read through this forum to see if anyone was given a solid solution with no avail. Why are all my recordings skipping through when trying to view them via my phone? This has never been an issue until the last two weeks and It’s beyond frustrating when you pay so much for a service that supposedly comes along with wlk these wonderful added features but don’t work properly and you’re given the runaround from someone are trusting on the providers end. I have read enough on here to know this is not just my problem so is it being worked on? Is there some type of turnaround? I was having TV issues last week as well, called for tech to come out, they came, did nothing and then now a week later everything is fine, no follow up, nothing. Is this the way that this issue will be handled as well? Just hold on, and one day, it will magically begin to work properly again? Please advise.
