Playback error :: 106000. Error 3329

Starting yesterday I am getting "we're sorry, but we're unable to play....."
On all programs I've tried including live tv streams. This is on all my devices.
It's either giving me that error or pretending it's playing but don't start - just blank video window

Why would a comcast helpdesk employee not post the results of why customers are getting error code 106000? I to am having this problem. Now if its something common, please just say how to fix it.

Same error for me. Makes having and paying for the advertised DVR useless.

If the fix for a problem is not done by the user but instead caused and fixed on the xf system, they usually don't report what was done to fix the problem The only time I've seen such posts is when the comcast rep reports something very basic like they refreshed the account.

Ever since the December update on Xfinity Stream app I can no longer watch my downloaded shows on my Android tablet. I get the same message but I have to go the on-demand route which is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Your tech people by phone we're not very helpful because they did not know when or if it would ever be fixed. Since you still advertise that the service is available, I have filed a complaint with the FCC. This is false advertising and you taken away a service that you are promoting. I hope you have an answer for this.

I am having trouble streaming gives me an error code same as everyone else on this thread is having. I just set up my account a few days agao, and already problems?? Can you please help me resolve the issue

Android App. Half the time, my downloaded programs won’t play back.

Always works on my wife’s iPad so I assume an Android app issue.
