If the fix for a problem is not done by the user but instead caused and fixed on the xf system, they usually don't report what was done to fix the problem The only time I've seen such posts is when the comcast rep reports something very basic like they refreshed the account.
Ever since the December update on Xfinity Stream app I can no longer watch my downloaded shows on my Android tablet. I get the same message but I have to go the on-demand route which is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Your tech people by phone we're not very helpful because they did not know when or if it would ever be fixed. Since you still advertise that the service is available, I have filed a complaint with the FCC. This is false advertising and you taken away a service that you are promoting. I hope you have an answer for this.
