Online streaming shows only two very old recordings. Everything else is gone. No problem on the TV

Title mostly explains it. 

 

Suddenly it changed from having complete access to the DVR (at home) to basically not showing anything that's been recorded in the last ~6months. 

 

Deleted Records file is empty.  All DVR content displays correct on the TV via the cable box.

it appears your cloud DVR was reset (perhaps a move to another server?).
