For two weeks now, any On Demand show I stream takes forever to watch because it streams for couple minutes, then stops for up to 20 seconds, then starts, stops, etc. It can take more than two hours to get through just one hour long show.
I was told via Twitter support that this is a known issue on Comcast's end. Is there any estimate as to when this might be fixed?
Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I am getting the same error
did you get an error message and error number? did you move closer to the wifi source? did you try rebooting the device and not run other programs at same time?
