I've tested my audio so I know I am good, but I get nothing online.

I received new modem wifi from comcast I think I lost  the sound  on my  internet

sound/video are delivered in the same packet stream for video. check your icon for 'speaker' if on windows and see if it is marked disabled. you can right click on windows sound 'speaker' icon and select mixer to be able to adjust audio levels.
