do you have an x1 (not flex service) in your home, installed and working? or do you have a different type of video subscription with Xfinity? If you use a smart phone/tablet device and the xfinity myAccount app, select the TV tab and then 'my channel lineup'. do you show channels there? does a smart phone play naturally on a smart device in your home?
