I'm trying to watch games via the ESPN website and ESPN app. In both places, I'm getting the message: "This network is not included in your current television subscription."
This is a recent bug. I was able to successfully stream a couple weeks ago. But now I get that message no matter what stream I try to access via ESPN. For instance, I tried to stream the main ESPN game, which I can see on TV through my Comcast Xfinity subscription:
But I'm getting the "not included" in my current subscription message when I try to view it via the ESPN website and ESPN app.

I'm having the exact same problem ever since updating the ESPN App on PS4. Please advise.
if logging out and then back in does not fix it, call 800-Comcast and select customer service. ask the agent to perform an App provision database refresh.
