Live TV errors - can't watch anything (error code 3321.1107296356)

Every "LIVE TV" channel I try to watch on my home pc fails, same error code.

Trying to watch channels at this URL: https://tv.xfinity.com/listings

(CODE 3321.1107296356)

When I hit the diagnostics button it says this:  (Error aux infohttp://ccr.linear-tve-pil.top.comcast.net/WEAHD_HD_TVE_16251_0_5...)

No adblockers enabled and all JAVA Script is enabled.

My desktop pc specifications are as follows:

Windows 7 Pro x64 Service Pack 1

Firefox 51.0.1

CPU AMD FX-6350

RAM 32.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 752MHz (11-11-11-28)

Motherboard ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. M5A99FX PRO R2.0 (Socket 942)

Graphics VG248 (1920x1080@60Hz) 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series (ASUStek Computer Inc)

Adobe Flash Player is up to date, Windows is up to date, everything is up to date!

I'm hard wired to the internet, not using wifi.  According to Comcast my computer surpasses all requirements, see screen shot at bottom of page please.

What IS the problem here?

Thank you

I'm sorry you are having trouble. That error code indicates a problem with the way Flash is configured on your browser. Have you tried another browser such as Chrome which has its own version of Flash built in?

I appreciate the information ComcastDan and to answer your response:

- Chrome is not a browser I allow on my computer and never use anything Google related. Besides, the requirements stated by Comcast on their site say Firefox works and it's the only browser I ever use.

- My graphics drivers are always current, actually they were upgraded last night.

- As stated in the original question, Adobe Flash Player is up to date. Comcast is the ONLY web site that fails.

- No problems were found running the DirectX diagnostics tool. I use DriectX 11.

If I have no problems using Flash on any other web site in Firefox and my computer is well above all the requirements stated (I bult it myself and keep it current), it must be another issue.

I tried to research that particular error code but to no avail, so I have no specifics regarding the problem.

Aren't these error codes more specific regarding the exact configuration problems, or are they just a generic code thrown out there if something goes wrong? If it's generic it sounds like guesswork to me and they really have no idea what the issue is.

- There must be a way to correct this issue short of downloading Chrome which I refuse to use and is not a stated requirement for Live TV to properly function.

Well, been researching this and it doesn't appear to be the browser.

- I tried opening the same listing page (https://tv.xfinity.com/listings) in IE(11) and it wouldn't even open the channel listings page because I purposefully neglected to update the Adobe Flash Player. The notice said to update flash to view this content. So, I updated it and I got the same error message as if it weren't updated. Comcast didn't recognize the updated version number that I just installed, a new problem thank you very much.

- In Firefox, the channel lineup shows up perfectly - therefor the Flash is working. When I try to watch a specific channel, the ERROR message comes up.

- At this point, it looks like Comcast is screwing up because it's the only site that is affected. All other web sites that use Flash content work just fine, so how about it Comcast can you straighten out my online account so I get what I'm paying for?

Thanks.

xfinity should devorce itself from adobe flash. adobe is a pain in the butt.  There are much better programs . OpenH264 video codec works nice.
