Internet TV Streams

I recently ordered internet tv.  Via chat i was told that Id be able to watch up to 7 streams simultaneously despite the fact that the website says 2 streams max simultaneously.

So I installed a roku and was watching on my computer simultaneously (2 streams simultaneous)  Then I tried to watch via the Stream app on my phone and I was given the message maximum number of streams exceeded.  Soooo  I assume the chat person was wrong?  Is it only 2 streams max for the Beta app?

It's complicated. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/live-tv-streaming says:

How many devices can stream live TV and/or Xfinity On Demand content simultaneously?
With Xfinity TV service, and the Xfinity Stream app and portal, most of our customers can stream video to up to five devices simultaneously while in the home. Out of the home or over the Internet, you can stream up to three devices simultaneously. Please note that certain Xfinity TV packages limit the number of simultaneous streams to two.
