Intermittent - Cannot open recording (in progress) on any device!
People at Xfinity. This REALLY needs to get addressed. Every once in a great while I'm late getting home. I stroll in at 9:15 and want to start a 9pm MSNBC show being time shifted. The Xfinity Stream clearly shows "recording". When I try to watch I get the "that didn't go as planned" message. I tried it on my iPad 2, my iPhone 6+, and my desktop browser on my brand new laptop (Windows 10). This happens 50% of the time I try to time shift. When the show is done recording though I can watch it normally.
I hate to throw this in there, but for the unbelieveable amount of money I pay every month I should NOT be having this trouble. Please get this fixed immediately!
