Horrible Live TV Streaming

Horrible Live TV Streaming

The streaming of live TV has been horrible! Constantly stops then speeds forward to catch up. I've tried different browsers, etc. I do not have this probem with Amazon or Pandora streaming so I know my internet is fine. I have reduced to video to "low" and that changes nothing. Very upset with the amount I pay for your service.

do you have the same experience on a smart device like a phone/laptop?

I meant to type on a phone/tablet (smart device).
