I have been receiving this error for over 2 weeks now, and have not seen any resolution yet. I don't have time to spend hrs on the phone with Comcast, just for them to tell me it must be my PC or a setting. It worked fine until a few weeks ago, and I have not changed any settings in my PC. I have done all the reboots, modem shut downs, clear history but nothing works. Think its time to move my business to a more reliable provider.
I have had the same error for months with no help from comast reps and have tried same things you have to no avail. I have 2 accounts with them and I'm moving my business elsewhere. They are terrible!
Hi all, apologies for your experiences when trying to stream have you tried to clear you cache and cookies to see if that corrects the issue, is the same error happening across browsers?
