Error Code: FTDE.provision.accountmismatch

Hello,

I received the following error (FTDE.provision.accountmismatch) on the stream website from my laptop. Please assist. @ComcastChe

ftde.provision.accountMismatch error happens on both Chrome and Edge browser on the same PC. I have no problem on another PC.

 

clearing all browser data  did not help

are the login's used on each the same? the issue usually is a billing issue where a username has an entry in the billing database in more than one account (old account(s) and new account).
