Error Code 11700 (again)

Hello out there.  I am once again getting error code 11700.  I have contacted customer support and asked to have my account deprovisioned, as well as asking the advanced team for the same assistance, but to no avail.  Can anyone assist?  I very much appreciate the help.

have you found the users in your household that are causing the problem just closing a browser instead of stopping the stream and returning to the menu system (guide)? By closing the streaming session properly, the number of currently streaming devices won't be tied up.
