Connecting to Watch TCM

Why can't I connect to Watch TCM on my computer (MacBook Pro) to watch TCM's collection of movies there?

When I go on, they ask me to identify my provider. I click on Xfinity (I have Triple Play) and it says I'm already recognized and connected. The movie comes up but then when I go to play the movie, it wants me to identify my provider again and the whole process starts all over again -- over and over with no result. It's a vicious cycle. I used the link you supplied and I was able to watch using my primary and secondary account. It is probably a compatibility issue with your system. Try asking tcm with the following link

I'm still having a problem.

Will have to contact Comcast/Xfinity.
