Recorded shows, from Xfinity Stream, are not playing on our Roku box or on my Android phone. Everything else (live TV, on demand, etc.) is working fine. Is this happening to other people? I'm hoping this starts working again soon... Or I can figure out how to fix it
Are you getting an error message? Need more info than "not playing".
my recording says it cannot be played and then the error number is 106000.5 i dont know if that helps but thats all it gave me
How are you playing recordings: laptop, phone, or tablet? wired or wireless connection? are you on home network? using cable box, web site, app or roku? What shows are failing? Supply details......
