I am unable to see the picture on my CBS channels using the app on my Samsung smart TV. CBS seems to be the only channel that is scrambled. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but that did not fix the problem. I have 2 other TV's in the house running the Xfinity stream app through a Roku device and I am able to get CBS on those TV's.
The CBS app found on the Samsung "smart" televisions requires paying a monthly charge for that app. The other televisions may be picking up the regular CBS network channel, or maybe the Roku device happens to carry the CBS app and CBS does not currently charge you to use the app there.
