Broken Cloud DVR Recordings

When accessing Xfinity Streaming Cloud DVR recordings, I am finding that most recordings are only 2 to 10 minutes long. At that point, I get a message that says I have finished viewing the entire recording and do I want to delete.  Is there a remedy for this.  So far, I have experienced this 6 consecutive times during the last two weeks.

there is a known issue that affects random customers for random amounts of time. It appears that during peak times some servers are at over capacity for programs to be recorded. The errors cause the servers to move customers around to less 'full' servers over time. has this been happening very long?
