I could not get the website to work when my bluetooth headphones were on. The site shutdown!!! I tried differnt brands but could not gt it to work. Amazon, youtub änd other places were okay except when I tried to watch something from the Xfinity website. If I use connected earbuds it works fine. Has anyone tried to use bluetooth headphones while watch something from the Xfinity website?
Hello Joek2. I can assist with the issue you are experience on our website with your headphones.
Just a few questions:
When you say the website shut down when you used your Bluetooth headphones, did the site give you an error message?
Can you please tell us which type of Bluetooth headphones you are having trouble with?
Can you connect these headphones to a mobile device running our XFINITY Stream app, and does this cause an error there?
Thanks for clarifying.
Hello, and thanks for replying. I do not remember the error message (gave it to tech support). As for the brand of earbuds. One was an inepensive pair from Amazon, one was a Jabra and the last was an X1(not sure of manufacture). There was no problem with Amazon movies or watching youtube just the xfinity website. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Do you know of any wireless earbuds that do work? I also tried both I/E and Chrome. Same probem with both.
Hi Joek2. I'm following up for Joe. What happens when you try to stream via the website with the bluetooth connected? Does the page load? Can you navigate at all? Does the video stop playing when bluetooth is connected?
Have you tried clearing cache and cookies just in case?
My bluetooth headphones also won't work with Xfinity Stream. They work with all other mediums except this. I am using Sony products.

This is a known issue with the Adobe Flash version 27.0. Comcast contacted Adobe and this will be fixed in Adobe Flash's next release.
Below are some troubleshooting steps to try in the interim before an update is released.
