A Comcast tech did call me regarding the situation and resolved the problem from his end. Thank you. Now live tv is only giving me (3) channels fs college sports.Man Sad But at least I can see something now. matbe the channels will come in later on today.

Had the same issue, turns out that they had my privacy, etc. settings tied to an old rental address we had and not my new address.  likely unrelated for you, but for anyone else, my ID's, etc. were all set, they just never transferred the settings to the new address.  2 hours later....

I tried logging in using my email on the Xfinity Stream app and received this same message. Weirdly when i went back in, it said I was logged in under a different email? Very confused.

call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to verify the username you are using is connected to your TV service.

call in to 800-Comcast and select billing. let them verify that the account username/pass you are using is assigned to your current account.

I am more than happy to assist you with getting this issue resolved, do you get any error message when you try and sign in online or through the Xfinity Stream app? Does the sign in page loop back to the same screen over and over?
