What are error message  8001 or 6001 when you try to playback  a recorded programs?

Have you ever been able to play recordings? Are you sure you actually have a DVR? Does your X1 box have a clock?

For the most part, all X1 DVRs have a clock on the front and non DVR boxes do not have a clock.

previously Comcast employees have stated that 8001 means the playback recording in the cloud DVR could not be found (missing).
