unable to access my TV

unable to access my TV

Just returned from a 10 day vacation and when I turned on the TV I got a message to select a language, but when I tried to select an

option nothing happened. I then uInplugged my box and waited 30 seconds and plugged it back in and it took me back to the same

page after going thru the startup procedure. I called customer service and got no help.

With your remote, press and hold setup, LED will go from red to green and press 987. Then go through the box/remote pairing process again, hold setup and then Xfinity button and enter the 3 digit code
